Kelly Osbourne is replacingTaylor Momsen as the face ofMaterial Girl, the fashion line designed by Madonnaand her daughterLourdes.
“Material Girl is thrilled to confirm that [Osbourne] is the new face for 2011!” tweeted the company on Monday.
