Pete Wentz is taking his soon-to-be ex-wife Ashlee Simpson to court for joint custody of their two-year-old son Bronx.
When Simpson filed for divorce from Wentz on February 9, Simpson requested primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their son, but now Wentz wants jointphysical custody, according to papers filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
