Lindsay Lohan has 15 more days to decide whether or not she will plead guilty or no contest before Judge Keith Schwartz, stemming from the  grand theft charge.
If she does, the judge had made it clear she will get jail time.
But if Lohan doesn’t accept the plea, the case will be sent to Judge Stephanie Sautner for a preliminary hearing on April 22, during which the new judge will decide whether Lohan violated her probation.
On February 23, Judge Keith Schwartz told Lohan that if she accepts a plea deal, she’s going to jail. Lohan had two weeks to mull whether she’d accept the plea agreement or risk a year in state prison by going to trial.
