“Unknown” Beats Out “I Am Number Four” for #1

Liam Neeson’s thrillerUnknown beat the Alex Pettyfer-Dianna Agron sci-fi flick I Am Number Four for the top spot this weekend.
Unknown took in $21.8 million, while I am Number Four earned $19.5 million, edging out Gnomeo & Juliet, which nabbed third with $19.4 million.
Just Go With It andMartin Lawrence’s fat suit extravaganza Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son came in fourth and fifth place with $18.2 million and $17 million, respectively.
Rounding out the Top Ten were Justin Bieber’s biopic Never Say Never ($13.6 million), Oscar contender The King’s Speech ($7 million), The Roommate ($4.6 million), The Eagle($4.1 million) and No Strings Attached ($3.5 million).
