Lindsay Lohan will reportedly be charged with felony grand theft tomorrow.
The actress is scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m., after the felony count is filed at Airport Court in Los Angeles, according to TMZ.
A source close to Lohan tells MC the star maintains that the alleged necklace swipe is “just a lie,” that she’s “working on her program and doing great in recovery.”
The reported charge was expected after the actress was accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store.
If she’s convicted, Lohan could face up to three years in state prison.
