A loud argument between Oscar winner Mira Sorvino and her actor husband, Christopher Backus, led to his arrest.
After police were called to the Hyatt Regency Islandia in San Diego, where the couple was having a loud spat last night, Backus was arrested for public intoxication.
MC is told that Backus was screaming at guests and the hotel’s security – while holding a bat – when he was picked up by the San Diego Police.
According to the San Diego Sheriff’s website, Backus was booked at 12:37 a.m. on a misdemeanor charge for being drunk in public, and is currently still in San Diego Central Jail.
