Famed hip hop personalityFunkmaster Flex was arrested today after allegedly shoving a woman and threatening her, MC confirms.
The DJ and rapper-producer, whose real name is Aston George Taylor, Jr., was picked up by police in New York’s Westchester County after the woman placed a 911 domestic disturbance call early this morning.
She claims Flex sent her threatening text messages, pushed her to the floor, and, when she attempted to phone law enforcement, knocked the phone from her hand and “stomped on it.”
He’s been charged with harassment, aggravated harassment and criminal mischief.
Flex is due back in court on February 18.
