Big Time Rush surround patient Elizabeth to bring her spirits up during a visit to th Children’s Hospital Boston on Tuesday afternoon (February 15).

They signed autographs, posed for photos and spent time with each patient they met talking about video games, school, and a lot more! They made a big difference for some very appreciative patients and left the hospital buzzing with excitement.
