Jaime Pressly has filed for divorce from Simran Singh after only 16 months of marriage.
Rumors of the couple splitting first surfacedon Monday.
The “My Name is Earl” actress cited “irreconcilable differences” in papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on January 21.
Pressly and Singh married on September 26, 2009.
She has a three-year-old son from a previous relationship.
Earlier this month, Pressly was arrested for driving under the influence.
